New road signs will appear on Uzbek roads after May 1. In mid-April, the government approved the new traffic rules to take effect on May 1.
According to the press service of the Traffic Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the relevant addenda have been made to clause 5.15 (parking place).
So, from May 1, three new road signs will be introduced:
- 5.15.1. – paid parking (installed near or in front of entrance to paid parking lots);
- 5.15.2 - elevated parking (installed next to or in front of the entrance of multi-level elevated parking);
- 5.15.3. – underground parking (installed next to or in front of the entrance to underground parking lots).
