Starting from July 1, utility companies are prohibited from requesting from the public, including business entities, a number of information and documents. This is provided for by the President's Decree on the simplification of the provision of governmental services, the reduction of bureaucratic barriers and development of the national system for provision of governmental services dated April 20.

Demand documents confirming the following facts shall be cancelled:

  • being or not registered in a psychoneurological dispensary;
  • being or not registered in a narcological dispensary;
  • criminal record;
  • address information;
  • information on owned real estate;
  • living area surface;
  • presence or absence of tax debt;
  • registration of taxpayer at state tax authorities;
  • size of pensions and benefits;
  • being or not a beneficiary of pensions and benefits;
  • proof or marital status or divorce;

following documents:

  • copies of an ID;
  • face photographs;
  • certificates of medical and social commissions;
  • work books and their copies;
  • archival certificates confirming wages and work experience, degree certificates (if any);
  • cadastral documents and their copies.

factual information:

  • data of certificate of state business registration;
  • license, documents and notifications of a permissive nature;
  • payment of state duty, fees and other payments;
  • possession of securities, conduct of transactions with securities, receiving dividends;
  • registration as a low-income family or its member;
  • payment and receipt of alimony by an individual;
  • higher education diploma data;
  • graduation from a secondary specialized, vocational educational institution;
  • graduation from a secondary school (after 11th grade);
  • being included in Yoshlar daftari (Youth Book) or Ayollar daftari (Women’s Book);
  • being self-employed;
  • documents confirming the applicant's right to a benefit upon admission to universities;

the following documents:

  • copies of financial statements;
  • payrolls of an individual for the last 12 months;
  • information about the payment of social benefits and pensions.

The energy and utility companies Regional Electric Networks, Khududgaztaminot, Uzsuvtaminot and Toshissiqquvvati, together with the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications, must integrate their information systems with the Digital Data Platform operating within the Electronic Government system by June 1.

Previously, the request for the above data by state bodies, business associations, local executive authorities, state organizations and institutions was canceled.
