State Statistics Committee unveiled data from which countries Uzbekistan mainly imported cars in January-February. Reportedly, in January-February 2022, China, on 3,436 cars, was the top exporter of passenger cars to Uzbekistan - China.
China is followed by:
- Korea Republic - 1,512;
- Kazakhstan – 502;
- Russia – 431;
- USA – 19;
- Japan – 15;
- Germany – 9;
- Hong Kong – 5;
- Turkey – 4.
According to the committee, in January-February 2022, Uzbekistan imported 5,948 cars worth $ 124.5 million from 18 countries.
Imports of passenger cars increased by 4,873 units or almost 6 times compared to the same period last year.
