Today, Uzbekistan received the delivery of 2,108,400 doses of the Moderna vaccine under the global Covax program, the Ministry of Health reported.

According to the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), which is engaged in the procurement and delivery of vaccines, 19.24 million doses of vaccines against COVID-19 have already been delivered to Uzbekistan under Covax.

The total score of vaccines received free of charge or purchased by Uzbekistan reached 63.6 million, of which 41.9 million doses of ZF-UZ-VAC2001, over 10.6 million doses of Moderna, over 2.6 million doses of Pfizer/BioNTech, 2.4 million doses of AstraZeneca, over 1.9 million doses of Sinovac, 1.3 million doses of Sputnik V and 343.3 thousand doses of Sputnik Light.

To date, 48 million doses have been administered and the country now has more than 15.5 million doses of vaccines remaining.
