UzAutoMotors, produced 39,922 cars in January-February 2022, an increase by 17,546 compared to the same period last year, the State Statistics Committee said in a report.
As of January 1, 2022, there are an average of 87 cars per 1,000 Uzbeks.
Reportedly, Lacetti-Gentra was the most manufactured model produced in 2 months.
Cars produced by the automotive industry in January-February 2022:
- Lacetti-Gentra - 12,340;
- Cobalt - 10,787;
- “Damas” - 9,283 pieces;
- Nexia T-250 - 2,902 pieces;
- Spark - 890 pieces;
- special cars - 3 720 pcs.
