A man was arrested in Uzbekistan, who was on the international wanted list on suspicion of participation in an organized criminal group that committed thefts on an especially large scale in a number of European countries.
The operation was carried out by officers of the National Central Bureau of Interpol in Uzbekistan with information support from the Interpol Bureau in North Macedonia.
“Thanks to the negotiations and operational information support, the wanted man was handed over to foreign colleagues to stand trial and be punished,” the NCB of Interpol in Uzbekistan said.
