As of March 3, the unified national processing center - Uzcard has temporarily suspended accepting cards of the Russian payment system Mir, Uzcard said in a statement.
“Due to the ongoing maintenance, from March 3 this year, the acceptance of Mir payment system cards by all devices of the existing UZCARD terminal equipment fleet, including POS-terminals, ATMs and infokiosks, has been temporarily suspended,” the statement added.
The company added that Uzcard-Mir co-badged cards work and are serviced as usual.
