President Shavkat Mirziyoyev completed his visit to Karakalpakstan a day ahead of schedule. On February 23, on the first day of the visit, it was reported that the trip would last three days for the first time. On the evening of February 24, the head of state returned to Tashkent.
During the trip, Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited Muynak and visited the dried bottom of the Aral Sea, where he got acquainted with the progress of afforestation of the territory. He was also in the Takhtakupyr and Shumanay districts, attended the ceremony of laying the first stone for the construction of a wind farm in the Beruni district.
Then the President visited the Chimboy Guzari mahalla in Nukus, inspected a plastic doors and frames manufacturing unit, a construction site for a new housing complex in the Zheke Terek mahalla and got acquainted with the activities of the situational center for investment projects.
As we already wrote, for the joint development of the Aral Sea region, the governor and mayor offices of all provinces of Uzbekistan and Tashkent city were involved.
