Uzbekistan Airways and the Kyrgyz Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism held talks on the possible launch of charter flights to Issyk-Kul lake (Tamchi airport), in Kyrgyzstan, the airline's press service reported.
The Uzbek side noted that Kyrgyzstan should conduct a number of procedures to establish the compliance of Tamchi Airport with all international aviation security standards.
After this, if there is a demand, Uzbekistan Airways may launch charter flights.
