A President draft Ratification of an international treaty decree was published. The treaty between the Government of Uzbekistan and the Government of Kazakhstan on joint customs control over the transportation of energy resources across the Uzbek-Kazakh customs border through pipelines and power lines, signed on December 6, 2021 in Nur-Sultan, will be approved.
The State Customs Committee of Uzbekistan is determined by the authorized body responsible for the implementation of this international traty.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan will send a notification to the Kazakh side about the completion by Uzbekistan of the internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of this international agreement.
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the heads of relevant ministries and departments have been instructed to ensure control over the performance of Uzbekistan’s obligations after the entry into force of this international treaty.
Control over the execution of the document is entrusted to the Prime Minister A. Aripov.
