Proposedly the legislation in the field of information will be improved in line with modern trends. Existing laws aimed at regulating the information sphere will be unified into the Information Code.
It also proposed to prevent breaches of privacy rights related to the disclosure of personal and confidential information on the Internet.
In this case, amendments to the articles of the Criminal Code and the Code of Administrative Liability related to the rights of immunity will be prepared.
