Uzbek and South Korean officials are holding talks on the sidelines of the visit of the Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to South Korea.
On December 16, Minister of Information Technologies and Communications Sherzod Shermatov met with Vice President of the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Im Jeong-hee in Seoul.
According to the ministry, the parties discussed the implementation of the project "Building grounds for sustainable development of IT Park in Uzbekistan and capacity building" in cooperation with KOICAand the Directorate of Software and IT Park
During the meeting, a statement of discussion on the project was signed. According to him, KOICA will provide a grant of $ 4.5 million to enhancing the capacity of the IT Park.
