An auction for the site, where the military town No. 60 in the Chilanzar district used to be located, took place on the E-auksion trading platform.

The object was bought by Do'mbrobod City Group, which offered 266.4 billion soums for the lot (24.6 million dollars) with a starting price of 204.9 billion soums. The second best bid, 262.3 billion soums, was proposed by Build Power. The trades lasted 1 hour 23 minutes.

The State Asset Management Agency put up the site for sale on November 9 this year. The site occupies 27.86 hectares, and the total area of ​​buildings and structures was 29.8 thousand square meters. The lot became the most expensive one sold through E-auksion at that time.

According to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizationsopen data, Do'mbrobod City Group was registered on December 2, 2021 in Tashkent with an authorized capital of 1 trillion soums. The main activity - Other specialized construction work, not elsewhere classified.

The founders of the company are Umidjon Rasulov (33.3%), Azizbek Jumaboev (33.3%) and Lyudmila Asomutdinova (33.4%).

Umidjon Rasulov also owns stakes in ceramic tile companies Orient-Pro (100%) and Orient-Ceramic (29%). Lyudmila Asomutdinova is a founder in Arko-Styl (40%, distillation, rectification and mixing of alcoholic beverages), Mediamagnat (21.3%, rental and management of non-residential premises), Franklin Group (100%, rental and management of non-residential premises ), Ekstramed (22.5%, hospital activities) and others.

Whereas the Build Power company was registered on November 19, 2021 in Tashkent and is engaged in the construction of residential buildings. The founders are Golden House Development (99%) and Boris Yakovlev (1%).
