The inauguration of President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will take place on November 6 at 11:00 AM, the Legislative Chamber said today.
At a joint meeting of the Legislative Chamber and the Senate, the President-elect Shavkat Mirziyoyev will take an oath of allegiance to the people of Uzbekistan.
It is expected that the head of state will receive from the hands of the chairman of the Central Election Commission Zainiddin Nizamkhodzhayev the certificate, a sample of which was approved at a meeting of the CEC on November 4.
The event will take place in the large conference room of the new Senate building (the former building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
