Uzbekistan today received the delivery of over 1.2 million doses of Pfizer/BioNTech coronavirus vaccine, the Ministry of Health said.
Now, five types of vaccines will be available in the country: the Chinese-Uzbek ZF-UZ-VAC2001, Sputnik V, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Pfizer/BioNTech.
According to the Ministry of Health, to date, over 24 million doses of vaccines have been delivered to Uzbekistan - 16.8 million have been used, with over 3.1 million citizens fully vaccinated.
