Adham Ikramov has been appointed as the first Deputy State Adviser to the President of Uzbekistan on organizational and personnel matters and as the Rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President, a sources in the government said.
Prior to this (since 2012) Adham Ikramov served as Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, in the government, he oversaw the complex on health, ecology, environmental protection, physical culture and sports.
From December 2016 to February this year, he was also the Health Minister. In 2009-2012 he also served as the Health Minister.
As the new rector of the Academy of Public Administration Adkam Ikramov replaced Mannon Aliyev.
