Uzbekistan accepted the delivery of a new batch of the Russian Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine, the Ministry of Health said.
Reportedly, 70,000 doses of the second component were delivered. In early June, 70 thousand doses of the first component were delivered to Uzbekistan.
In April, in total, the country received 100 thousand doses of the Russian jab (50 thousand doses of the first and second components).
To date, more than 2.4 million doses of jabs have been used in the vaccination process (at the first stage - 1.53 million, at the second - 920 thousand, at the third - 25.4 thousand), the ministry said.
