Almost as many new cases of coronavirus infection have been detected daily in Uzbekistan as in June-July last year. According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health, on March 26 this year, 186 people were tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan. The total number of registered cases stands at 82,146.
Yesterday, on March 26, in Tashkent, coronavirus was detected in 143 people, in Andijan province - 1, Bukhara province - 7, in Kashkadarya province - 6, in Namangan province - 4, in Samarkand province - 1, Syrdarya province - 2, Fergana province - 1, Khorezm province - 4 and Tashkent province - 17.
There was also one case of death from coronavirus. The total number of deaths has reached 625.
