Stories surfaced on social networks that the number of coronavirus cases has hiked in Uzbekistan, especially in Tashkent.
Recently various audio messages spread on the network, which said that hospitals were allegedly overcrowded, including the infectious diseases hospital in Zangiata. The reports also indicate that patients in intensive care units are in critical condition.
Earlier on March 12, in Tashkent, 70 people were tested positive for coronavirus, while 71 coronavirus cases were detected on March 10 in the capital.
According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health, 77 people were tested to have coronavirus in Tashkent on March 13.
