At the Wednesday government meeting, Shavkat Mirziyoyev instructed to begin preparations for the public vaccination against coronavirus in Uzbekistan.
He instructed the Minister of Health Abdukhakim Khojibaev and his deputy, head of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Wellbeing and Public Health Service, Bakhodir Yusupaliev, to determine the categories of individuals who will be vaccinated first within a month and create an e-list.
In addition, the President instructed to prepare over 3,000 vaccination centers in family polyclinics and rural medical centers. Additionally, 800 mobile brigades will be set up.
