Students of Muhammad al-Khwarizmi IT School of Information Technology have developed a mobile app dedicated to the works of Alisher Navoi. His ghazals and rubais have been translated into 7 languages and were added to an app. It will soon be available to download from the AppStore and Google Play Market.
Today, on February 6, Muhammad al-Khwarizmi IT School hosted a presentation of a mobile app dedicated to the works of Alisher Navoi.
The presentation was organized as part of a program dedicated to the 580th anniversary of Alisher Navoi.
Hilola Umarova, Director of the Agency for development of Specialized Schools, who attended the event, said that the mobile app was developed with the help of students of specialized schools. Navoi's works have been translated into Uzbek, English, Russian, French, German, Persian and Arabic. It also includes audio files of ghazals and rubais.
“Each user has their will have own personal account, where the user can save and use ghazals, rubai and stories offline. Currently, the app has more than 100 ghazals and rubais,” said one of the authors of the app Zabarjad Murodova.
The app will reported be soon be available in the AppStore and Google Play Market for free.
