Olivier Norman, a water resources management expert, has been appointed adviser to the Minister of Housing and Utilities and will be in charge of provision of drinking water to villages, the Ministry reported.

He will deal with the development of projects for the supply of drinking water to villages on the basis of state social order, as well as assist the employees of the ministry in their implementation and monitoring the results.

Olivier Norman is also a member of the public council on these matters, created under the Ministry of Housing and Utilities.
