Today, on December 2, the President Shavkat Mirziyoyev hosted the visiting Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Russia Dmitry Kozak, the presidential press service said.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev underscored that the fruitful dialogue at the highest level ensured the upward trend in the Uzbek-Russian multifaceted cooperation in recent years and the strengthened strategic partnership and alliance ties.
Dmitry Kozak sincerely thanked the Uzbek leader for the warm welcome and conveyed the greetings and best wishes of the Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The parties reportedly reviewed the preparations for and holding of upcoming summits in both bilateral and multilateral formats and exchanged views on some international issues.
