Until now, there was only one mosque in Olmaliq, a city with over 150,000 residents. On August 12 this year, the Department of Justice of Tashkent province registered the Hilol mosque, located at Veterans street, 50 in Evalak makhalla in Olmaliq, and issued the registration certificate.
With the opening of this mosque, the number of mosques in Tashkent province has reached 225. With many mosques built across the country in the last two years, the total number of mosques in the country has topped 2,071.
