The Regional Office for Europe of the World Health Organization (WHO), with the assistance of the WHO Representative Office in Uzbekistan, delivered to the country another batch of humanitarian aid including 500 oxygen concentrators total worth of about US$ 300,000.

Another shipment of laboratory consumables is expected to arrive at the end of the week.

In July, WHO delivered three humanitarian supplies worth more than US$ 4 million: the first included almost 620 thousand face shields and 2.2 million surgical masks, the second - 95.2 thousand goggles, 178 thousand overalls, 12 thousand medical masks and over a million respirators, at the end of July a third shipment arrived with 38.4 thousand test kits and laboratory equipment.

All this was handed over to the Uzbek Ministry of Health and the Service of Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health.
