The Turkish government has sent another batch of humanitarian aid to Uzbekistan, UzA said. The cargo weighing almost 12.5 tons arrived in Tashkent on 31 July. It included 50,000 N95 protective masks, 200,000 medical masks, 40,000 overalls, 5,000 full face masks, as well as drugs used in the treatment of COVID-19.
Earlier, the Turkish Agency for Cooperation and Coordination handed over to Uzbekistan two batches of aid, 5,000 sets of personal protective equipment, including protective overalls, glasses, masks, gloves and shoe covers. The Turkish government has also sent 50 ventilators.
