A car was found with a corpse chained to the steering wheel in a water canal of Khorezm province. Earlier on social networks surfaced information that a car was found in a Shovot canal, in which was found the body of a man chained to the steering wheel.
According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, on April 17, the Khorezm province police opened a criminal case under Intentional murder provision of the Criminal Code.
Later, a Daewoo Tico and a driver’s corpse chained to the steering wheel with a chain around his neck were found in the canal.
“A forensic examination has been appointed to determine the cause of death. The investigation is ongoing,” concluded the Office.
