The Cabinet of Ministers issued the Establishment of British Management University in Tashkent Resolution. According to the document, a private British Management University will be set up in Tashkent.
Education at the university will be based on the existing forms of education in Uzbekistan and will be tuition-based, with classes taught in the English language.
At the initial stage the university will offer the following undergraduate programs:
- Project Management;
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management;
- Entrepreneurship and Innovation;
- International E-Commerce;
- Digital economy.
The University will start activities in the academic year 2020/2021. Graduates will be awarded a standard diploma, which is recognized as a document on higher education in Uzbekistan
