A 2 magnitude earthquake was recorded in Tashkent and other cities of Uzbekistan on February 2 at 23:35, .
According to the Uzbek Institute of Seismology, the epicenter was located 204 kilometers from Tashkent, westbound on the territory of Jizzakh province. The coordinates of the epicenter: 40.59 degrees north latitude, 67.07 degrees east longitude. At the epicenter the earthquake magnitude was 4.2.
