Soon visitors to Tashkent Tower will be admitted without having to provide an ID, the Tashkent city mayor’s office said in a statement. However, when this decision will take effect was not disclosed.
“The new access procedure will help increase the flow of local and foreign tourists to the Tashkent TV tower, which is one of the main attractions of the capital,” the statement said.
In February last year, the ban on photo and video filming at the Tashkent TV Tower, which was in force for several years, was lifted.
