Policing Coordination Departments in 9 out of 11 districts of Tashkent city received the delivery of bus-based mobile center, the Tashkent city police department said.
Buses are equipped with 360 degrees viewing angle face recognition cameras. The video surveillance system is integrated with the police database for quick identification.
The system turns regular buses into a smart patrol vehicles. It performs license plate recognition, facial recognition, and can detect speed and parking violations all while on the move.
If the system detects a wanted face or a traffic or moving violation, an image is captured and an alert is sent complete with GPS location data.
