The President signed decree on October 4 obligating all central state bodies and organizations, including law enforcement, regardless of the sources of funding for their activities, to have their own websites.
The Agency for Information and Mass Communications, the National Agency for Project Management and the for the Information Technologies Development Ministry were entasked with a two-month period to draft new requirements for a government body official website, as well as to cnduct an inventory check of the accessibility and operation of the said sites of all the central state bodies.
The findings of the inventory check shall be presented to the Cabinet of Ministers for further measures to create new and modernize existing websites, taking into account new requirements for them.
