The Tashkent International Arbitration Center (TIAC) and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC) have signed a cooperation agreement.
In line with the agreement, the parties agreed to hold personnel trainings, exchange experience in the administration of affairs, and organize joint events to raise awareness about the services of centers in the Asian region.
Given the TIAC’s goals of becoming a leading arbitration center in the region and HKIAC’s experience in administering arbitration, this agreement can certainly be called mutually beneficial for both parties.
Note: The main tasks of TIAC is the settlement of disputes arising from contractual and other civil law relations arising between entities located in different countries, including investment, intellectual property and blockchain technology disputes.
