Uzbekistan will provide the worldwide average life quality standards for its citizens by 2030, the draft Uzbekistan’s for Investment Policy Strategy until 2025, prepared by the Ministry of Economy and Industry, said.

“By key qualitative indices, Uzbekistan will be in position to ensure the worldwide average life quality standards by 2030, and will join the ranks of advanced developing countries of the world by 2040,” the document states.

It is noted that the goal of the strategy is to create conditions for successful implementation of the socio-economic development priorities, identifying sources and mechanisms for attracting funds for the implementation of measures and steps to ensure sustainable economic growth and increase the competitiveness of the economy.

Growth in real industrial output by 2.3 times (the share in GDP from 26.3% in 2018 to 33.3% in 2030), construction works by 2.1 times (from 5.7% to 6, 4%), agriculture -by 1.8 times (from 32.4% to 21%) and the service sector 2.1 times (from 35.6% to 39.3%). should ensure the GDP’s growth in 2018-2030.
