French Alandia Industries has offered its services to rehabilitate distressed companies in Uzbekistan. According to the CEO of Alandia, Nicolas de Germay, the company is ready to provide consultancy and assist in forming of working groups to draft recovery plan for company restructuring.
“Another mechanism could be the buy-out of a distressed company with at least 300 employees, and the development of a restructuring strategy,” said Nicolas de Germay.
According to him, later the successfully performing enterprise would be sold to a local or foreign investor.
Also he added that the company is ready to take the distressed company in part or in full for trust management.
