President Shavkat Mirziyoyev familiarized himself with the project of business district in Yunusabad. In line with the President’s Measures To Create Modern Business Districts in Uzbekistan Decree dated August 2, 2018, this district is planned to be located on 45.5 hectares in Otchopar-2 area of Yunusabad district. It will host shopping malls, business offices, parks, entertainment, housing and other facilities.
According to preliminary project cost is estimated at US$ 500 million, to be completed in 2023.
