Uzbek Interior Minister, Major General Pulat Bobojonov attended the first meeting of the Interior Ministers of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan in Chulpan-Ata city, the Kyrgyz Republic, the ministry said.

The parties reportedly discussed mechanisms for improving cooperation in combating organized crime, ensuring public order in the border regions of the state and security cooperation.

The ministers exchanged views on counteracting the spread of artificial narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances through social networks and reached a deal on collaborating in the fight against cybercrime.
