The Secretary-General of the World Association of Electoral Bodies (WAED), Kim Young-hee arrived in Tashkent, the press service of the Central Election Commission of Uzbekistan said.
Kim Young Hee will head the WAED observation mission during the presidential elections to be held on December 4.
WAED was founded in October 2013 as an international organization with headquarters in Incheon (South Korea). It brings together the 106 electoral bodies from 102 countries, including Uzbekistan.
