Following the talks, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed a Declaration on the Establishment of Strategic Partnership Relationsand oversaw the exchanged of a number of bilateral documents:
- Action Plan for the Development of Trade, Economic, Social, and Humanitarian Cooperation for 2026–2030;
- Consultation Program between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus for 2026–2027;
- Protocol Amending and Supplementing the Agreement on Mutual Travel of Citizens of January 19, 2005;
- Agreement on the Organized Recruitment and Employment of Citizens of Uzbekistan for Temporary Labor Activity in the Republic of Belarus;
- Agreement on Cooperation in Forestry Development;
- Cultural Cooperation Program for 2026–2028;
- Action Plan for Cooperation between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus for 2027–2028;
- Joint Action Plan for Mutual Increase in Tourist Flow and Development of Cooperation in Tourism for 2026–2027;
- Roadmap for Further Deepening Cooperation in the Agro-Industrial Complex for 2026–2028;
- Protocol between the Agency for the Development of Light Industry under the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan and the Belarusian State Concern BELLEGPROM on Cooperation in Light Industry;
- Memorandum of Understanding between the National Agency for Social Protection under the President of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Belarus on Cooperation in Social Protection;
- Memorandum of Understanding on Financial Issues between the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Finance of Belarus;
- Memorandum between the Institute for Strategic and Interregional Studies under the President of Uzbekistan and the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies on the establishment of the Uzbek-Belarusian Expert Council;
- Memorandum of Intent between the Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Belarus on developing investment cooperation in the agricultural sector;
- Memorandum of Understanding on scientific and technical cooperation between the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
During the visit, a Memorandum was also signed between the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of Uzbekistan and the Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research.
