According to legislation, a series of reforms aimed at increasing openness and transparency in hiring young people into the civil service will take effect on July 1, 2026.

Specifically, interview questions for the selection process must be published on the official website of the respective state agency at least one month in advance. Asking candidates questions that were not disclosed a month prior will be strictly prohibited. Furthermore, an approved list will establish positions that do not require internal competitions, nor general or specialized work experience. For roles where experience remains a requirement, a cap will be introduced, limiting the demand to a maximum of two years of general or specialized work history. This new system is designed to expand civil service opportunities for youth and ensure selection processes are organized in a more transparent and equitable manner.
