Online replacement service for a lost driver's license has been launched on the Unified Portal of Interactive Governmental Services, with a visit no longer required to the Road Safety Service, the press service of the Unified Portal of Interactive Governmental Services said.
To use the service, select "Issue a Driver's License" on the my.gov.uz portal, then select "Replacement of a Lost Driver's License" in the "Reason for Obtaining a Driver's License" section and press Submit.
The service costs 0.9 of the basic calculation unit (370,800 soums). The document can be picked up in person for free or delivered by mail for an additional 25,000 soums. Processing time is one business day. If delivered by mail, the document will be sent within three business days.
The application will be rejected if the user's data in the system is not confirmed, if he/she has been deprived of the right to drive a vehicle, or if an administrative case has been opened against him/her under Articles 131 (Driving vehicles while intoxicated) and 136 (Evasion of drivers of vehicles and other road users from undergoing an intoxication test) of the Administrative Code.
