Afrosiyob high-speed trains now have Wi-Fi, announced the Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov. He said he had personally tested the service quality during his travel to Bukhara by watching useful videos on YouTube.
Recently, when I was traveling by train to Bukhara and back, I noticed that many are still unaware about the launch of Uztelecom Wi-Fi services. Personally, I decided to check and watched useful videos with good explanations of books on YouTube, - Shermatov said.
The minister elaborated that for Wi-Fi in trains, it was necessary to install additional equipment inside the cars. In cars where a lot of metal is used, external communication signals do not reach passengers well, he stressed. Therefore, the installation of special equipment is a necessity.
In the future, it is planned to purchase new cars with built-in Wi-FI systems.
