Fire broke out today in the Center of Islamic Civilization in Tashkent, the press service of the Emergency Situations Ministry said. The incident occurred in Tashkent’s Almazar district.
Vidoe footages of the incident surfaced on Telegram channels of media outlets and social media.
Information about the fire in building materials was received at 11:11 am.
The firefighting is being handled by the fire and rescue teams on duty and by persons who arrived to provide assistance.
There is no information about victims of the fire. Additional information will be provided later.
