8-km subway line is planned to be built in New Tashkent, the Directorate for Construction of the New Tashkent City said. The new line will be the extension from the Dustlik station to New Tashkent, with the project completion due before 2027.
The project cost is estimated at $110 million. In 2025, it is planned to spend $11 million, and the remaining $99 million in 2026.
The investor will be the Turkish company Xvav Yapi Sanayi Ve Tic. A. S.
