The state-owned Regional Power Grids has filed a lawsuit against Enter Engineering for delaying payment for power usage power. In addition to this, the company is facing legal claims from an agency under the Ministry of Water Resources and at least one private enterprise. Enter Engineering have also been involved delayed salary cases.
According to the suit, Regional Power Grids filed a suit against Enter Engineering on April 24, 2025 to the Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court.
The first-instance hearing scheduled for June 20, 2025, will be presided over by the judge Anvar Usmonov.
Also on June 20, the Tashkent City Court will consider a lawsuit filed by the State Institution for Introduction of Market Mechanisms in Water Sector. This claim relates to a breach of a service agreement.
Additionally, on the same day and at the same court, Enter Engineering will appear as the defendant in a case initiated by its subsidiary, Shahus-Servis, in charge of Boysun gas processing plant project. This case involves arbitration proceedings.
Enter Engineering has frequently drawn media attention due to employees’ complaints about delayed salaries.
Previously, the Chilanzar District Employment Department helped a Russian employee recover $57,000 in unpaid wages from Enter Engineering.
Enter Engineering founded in 2012 is linked to Gazprombank. The company provides the design, supply, construction, and commissioning of oil and gas, industrial, and civil infrastructure projects.
