Uzbek Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov today hosted the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany Gunther Overfield. The Ambassador presented the copies of his credentials to the Minister, Foreign Ministry reported.
The counterparts reportedly discussed the state and prospects for advancing of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Germany, including in Uzbekistan-EU and multilateral formats.
The sides also exchanged views on the dates and program of the November visit to Germany of the Uzbekistan government delegation and the schedule of other bilateral contacts at various levels.
