In February 2025, the inflation in Uzbekistan stood at 0.54%, the Agency of Statistics said in a report. This is higher than the figure for January 2024 (0.32%) and 2022 (0.51%), but lower than the January 2021 inflation (0.64%). In 2023, inflation in January was also at 0.54%.
Annual inflation (compared to February last year) accelerated to 10.13% (the month before it was 9.89%).
Prices for food items in February rose by 0.6% (2.9% per year), for non-food items - 0.3% (7.7%), the price of paid services increased by 0.8% (27.1%).
