Senators reviewed the amendments to Article 244 of the Criminal Code, which stipulates criminal liability for organizing, participation in mass riots, and public incitement to violence against individuals.

The Code does not provide for liability for training for the purpose of organizing mass riots, including learning how to handle weapons, explosives, and other objects that pose a danger to others, or financing the activities of organizing mass riots.

Inserting part three of Article 244 of the Criminal Code, criminal liability has been propose in amendments for training for the purpose of organizing mass riots, and part four of the same article establishes criminal liability for financing these actions.

After discussion, the amendments were was approved by the senators.
