22 women were injured after a bus rolled over early in the morning of February 11 in Jambay district of Samarkand province, the Milliy TV channel reported, citing the chief physician of the district hospital.
At the same time, the provincial traffic police department in astatemnt said on the eve that one passenger, a 68-year-old man, died in the accident, without specifying whether he was in the bus or in the car that collided with it.

The photographs and videos show broken side, rear and front windows of the bus, indicating possible casualties.
Chief physician Tozagul Kholikova told the Milliy TV channel that 23 women were admitted to the hospital, one of whom died at the scene of the accident.
The women's injuries were serious - 16 passengers were placed in the surgery department, 2 women - in intensive care. "Their condition is a somewhat serious, in intensive care," the doctor said.
The tourist bus was heading from Samarkand to Tashkent. According to reports, the bus driver miscalculated the distance and speed and braked abruptly.
