According to the Statistical Agency, the number of passenger traffic run by state-owned Uzbekistan Airways grew by 14.9% (or 781 thousand passengers) to 6 million people in 2024 to the last year.
Reportedly, in recent years there has been a steady increase in passenger traffic. If in 2016 about 2.7 million people were transported, then in 2021 this figure increased to 2.98 million, in 2022 - to 4.08 million, and in 2023 it topped 5.26 million passengers.
